Michael Noble is a household name in the Canadian culinary industry. To increase brand equity and awareness of his two restaurants—The Nash & Off Cut Bar and NOtaBLE—and foster long-term brand growth, Anstice developed an integrated marketing communications strategy driven by in-depth audience insights work.

The insights directed the restaurants’ limited investment towards increasing their in-house programming and developing a brand-specific earned and owned content plan that connected each restaurant’s audiences through social, digital and media relations channels. Both restaurants saw increased media coverage, elevated market presence and consumer awareness in just a few short months, which translated into unprecedented restaurant visitation in less than a year.

Growth increased so quickly that Michael Noble launched Noble Fare, a catering business that delivers his signature dishes directly to customers.
